March 2018 Toronto Sales by Type of Home

As the following stats clearly show, housing prices are well below last year and returning to about the same levels from 2016.

The exception was the condo market, where although sales have declined, prices have continued to post strong gains.

This is a reflection of the lack of afforfability for houses driving buyers to the condo market, a trend that we will likely see conitinue for at least the next 6 months.
